Women-only Class

Our women-only class is designed to provide a welcoming and supportive space where women can train Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu together. Led by Aishah Morris, an experienced grappler with over 10 years of training in both Gi and NoGi, the session combines technical expertise with a welcoming, beginner-friendly approach. Classes follow the constraint-led approach (CLA), structured into a series of purposeful games where training partners work toward opposing goals—accelerating skill development through live, problem-solving scenarios. This method enhances timing, adaptability, and real grappling awareness in a safe, collaborative setting. Whether you’re completely new to BJJ or looking to refine your fundamentals, this class provides the ideal space to build skills, fitness, and confidence alongside other women. The women-only class runs every Saturday from 10:30–11:30am.
