6-Week Beginners BJJ Course
New to Jiu-Jitsu? Start with a Strong Foundation.

Our 6-week Beginners BJJ Course is designed for individuals with no prior experience who are looking for a structured and effective introduction to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
​
The course runs twice weekly (Monday & Thursdays: 18:00-19:30) and provides 12 intensive sessions in both Gi & NoGI.
​
Our curriculum is designed to develop the fundamental skill-sets of submission grappling through principle based learning within live training.
This course will advance your mental and physical fitness through intense and focused training sessions.
