6-Week Beginners Course

New to Jiu-Jitsu? Start with a Strong Foundation. 

Our 6-week Beginners Course is designed for individuals with no prior experience who are looking for a structured and effective introduction to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

The course runs twice weekly (Monday & Wednesday: 18:00-19:30) and provides 12 intensive sessions focused on the core principles & mechanics of the sport.

Participants will develop essential skills including: Pinning, Passing the Legs, Pin Escapes, Back Control, Guard RetentionSubmission Mechanics and an understanding of the positional hierarchy

To ensure effective learning, the course incorporates a range of pedagogical methods - including contextual-framing, task-based games, and progressive resistance training - to support in both skill acquisition and long-term retention. 

Each session includes technical instruction and live sparring, delivered in a professional, inclusive environment designed to help you progress with confidence.
