Intro Class

Intro class is designed for absolute beginners who want a structured and effective introduction to Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Held twice a week (Mon & Thurs, 6-7pm), sessions include both Gi & NoGi.

The six-week curriculum focuses on building fundamental submission grappling skills through principle-based coaching combined with guided live training, giving beginners a clear, progressive path into the art.

6-Week Beginners Course

No-Gi

      No-Gi class covers submission grappling without the kimono - typically wearing rashguards and shorts. 

It features slightly different methods of control and submission, using grips on the body rather than clothing. Expect a faster-paced, dynamic session. 

The class is split into a teaching & full sparring portion.

Fundamentals

Our Fundamentals class covers the essential positions, movements, and concepts of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Whether you’re brand new or looking to reinforce your foundation, this class helps you build the skills to grow on the mats. Each session includes a focus on a position/strategy, task-based games, and rounds of live sparring (5 mins each).

Kids/Youth

Kids (Ages 6-11) 

This class introduces kids to the fundamentals of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) through movement-based games and partner drills. It’s designed to build coordination, confidence and focus in a fun, engaging environment that keeps kids active and learning without pressure. 

 

Youth (Ages 11-15) 

This class builds on the basics with more detailed positional understanding, techniques and the introduction of live sparring. It’s a great way to develop discipline, confidence and fitness while learning controlled, effective self-defence in a supportive environment.  

All Levels

Our All levels class builds upon the fundamentals, offering intermediate to advanced techniques to practitioners who are already orientated with the sport. This class is split into a teaching portion (50%) and a live sparring portion (50%). Classes are taught utilising the constraint-led approach (CLA) within a series of games.

All training is live.

Women-only Class

Our Women-only class provides a welcoming space for women of all experience levels to train together in a relaxed, supportive environment.  

This class will utilise CLA within games, & live sparring.  

This class is led by an experienced and professional female coach.
