Kids & Teen Class


Welcome to our Kids Jiu-Jitsu program, where we believe in nurturing more than just physical strength. Through the practice of Jiu-Jitsu, children learn essential life skills while having fun and staying active. Our program is designed to instill discipline, self-confidence, anti-bullying techniques, and promote a healthy lifestyle.



Discipline is a fundamental aspect of Jiu-Jitsu, and it's a skill that can benefit children in all areas of their lives. In our classes, kids learn to follow instructions, respect their instructors and peers, and develop a strong work ethic. These principles of discipline are not only essential for mastering the techniques but also for building character that will serve them well in school and beyond.



One of the most significant benefits of Kids Jiu-Jitsu is the boost in self-confidence it provides. As children progress in their training, they gain a sense of accomplishment and belief in their abilities. They learn that with dedication and practice, they can overcome challenges and achieve their goals, fostering a positive self-image that can last a lifetime.



Bullying is a concern for many parents, and our Kids Jiu-Jitsu program equips children with practical skills to handle such situations. We teach anti-bullying techniques that focus on non-violent conflict resolution and assertiveness. These skills empower children to stand up for themselves and their peers while promoting a safe and respectful environment.

Exercise & Fitness

Exercise & Fitness:

In an age of screens and sedentary lifestyles, it's crucial to keep kids active and healthy. Our Jiu-Jitsu classes provide an engaging way for children to stay physically fit. Through a combination of exercises and Jiu-Jitsu techniques, kids build strength, flexibility, and endurance. It's a full-body workout that keeps them active, helping them develop healthy habits early on.

Class Schedule

  • Kids Class: For children aged 6-10 years old

    • Time: 16:45 - 17:25

    • Days: Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday

  • Youth Class: For youngsters aged 10-15 years old

    • Time: 17:30 - 18:10

    • Days: Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday

Membership Options 

1. Unlimited Membership: 

   - Price: £80 per month
   - Description: Enjoy unlimited access to our Kids and Youth classes for a fixed monthly fee.

2. Bundle Membership:
   - 6 Lessons: £72
   - 12 Lessons: £135
   - Description: Choose between bundles of 6 or 12 lessons. This flexible option allows you to attend classes at your convenience.

3. Drop-In:  
   - Price: £13 per lesson
   - Description: Pay per class for the flexibility to attend on a class-by-class basis.


These membership options provide flexibility and choice, ensuring that parents and participants can select the plan that best suits their needs and preferences.
