A new schedule for Step 3
We just uploaded a new class schedule for Step 3 on our website. Can’t wait for you guys coming back to the training!
Solo drills A - These classes will focus on fundamental movements and techniques similar to White belt and All belt classes.
Solo drills B - In these classes, we will build to more complex technique sequences and concepts more comparable to some All belt and Coloured belt classes.
BJJ Conditioning - Conditioning class will use Jiu Jitsu specific movements as well as more conventional fitness exercises to build strength, increase aerobic capacity and improve mobility ahead of our return to unrestricted training.
