We’ll have a no-gi class on Saturdays at 13:45-14:45 that is taught by Mark Curry. He had been practicing BJJ, Judo and MMA in his career. Especially he is good at take down techniques.
6am early morning classes. It’s the best way to start your day with your teammates.

Getting used to being uncomfortable is one of the hallmarks of jiu-jitsu. Escaping mount position is not easy – so time must be invested into the techniques in order to be learnt. But once the knowledge is there, what else is there to worry about?
